A little bit about me...
Hi! I' m Andrew Scott, founder of Scott decorating services.
What began as a hobby, with a favour for a family friend, which through word of mouth recommended my services to other customers, after studying at Doncaster College, successfully completing an NVQ level training course in painting and decorating i then went onto gain further training and work experience with all aspects of the trade with durham county council.
Painting and decorating is in my blood, my great-grandfather had a long established and well known painting and decorating business
in Chester-le-Street, and my grandfather was also a painter and decorator for all his working life.
From a very early age i can remember watching my grandfather (helping him when i got older) doing his painting and decorating jobs, and as he was a perfectionist i learnt how to paint the proper way, and to do every job as if it was my own.
I really love my job!!
I get a lot of personal satisfaction when i finish a job and my
customer is extremely happy that their work has been completed
to a high standard.
